Cancellation Policy

Payment, Cancellation & No-Show Policy Individual counseling sessions are $150 for 50 minutes. Your first self-booked therapy session is charged at the time of booking. For future recurring appointments, your authorized payment method will be charged 24 hours before the scheduled appointment. You may cancel or reschedule an appointment online when more than 24 hours remain before the scheduled appointment. Once the appointment is within 24 hours, online cancellation and rescheduling are no longer available. Late cancellations and no-shows are not automatically eligible for a refund, credit, make-up session, or rescheduled appointment. In appropriate circumstances, Laura may approve a replacement session without an additional charge, subject to availability. Contacting Hope and Grace Therapy does not guarantee that a replacement session will be provided. Any approved refund, payment reversal, correction, or other exception will be handled by Hope and Grace Therapy on an individual basis.
